Dr Tertius Potgieter, a dedicated and highly skilled plastic and reconstructive surgeon, has always had a burning desire to become a plastic surgeon. This passion is exemplified through his work.
Dr Potgieter's journey to becoming a plastic surgeon is marked by his international training and diverse experiences. He earned his MBChB from the University of the Free State and completed his Specialization in Plastic Surgery from the Colleges of Medicine of South Africa. His pursuit of excellence led him to a highly acclaimed international Fellowship under Dr Gustavo Abrile – ISAPS Board Member from the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons Cosmetic Surgery.
Apart from his experience in cosmetic treatments, Dr Potgieter is equally dedicated to the management of burn wound injuries. He has done extensive work in multiple burn units across the country.
